for two days i had dizzy spells, so i rested up a lot with loads of iced water. funny how before i started the program, i used to have soda cravings, but these days my body only wants water. amazing how a body can transform to a healthier version in just three weeks. actually, the transformation began as soon as 3rd day! so, i've been feeling healthy for a while now and i just love that. today is day 24 of the BBL's Slim & Lift program. hard to believe this Saturday will be my last day. since i had dizzy spells earlier today, i decided to take it easy with exercise and only did the 10 minute bum bum rapido work out. as soon as i started working out, i already felt as good as ever. i love how genuine the connection is between my body and my mind these days. so responsive and so loving.
