feeling & seeing results...

feeling and seeing results, two very different things...

I felt before I began seeing the difference. My clothes were loose when I tried them on merely a week after I started working out, but I didn't actually see the change. I didn't want to be delusional. wink. After week 3, I couldn't not recognize the difference. I would be delusional if I still couldn't see the difference, haha. So, come Saturday, my last day of Brazil Butt Lift's Slim & Lift program. Hard to believe. It's the best decision of the year, for me to have a breakthrough in fitness. 
Brazil Butt Lift focuses a lot on your bum-bum & legs. They do have certain workouts that focus on arms, but not as much as I would have liked. so, I'm gonna move onto TurboFire come Monday, the 14th. I look forward to it very much. Now that I've begun to see changes in my body, rather than just feeling it, I find it easier to believe that I can acquire a lean & toned body. It's doable! Think lean, lean, lean & toned!
I was told it's 70% diet and 30% exercise, and I'm not disagreeing. Eat healthy foods at all times, except on your cheat days and maintain your workout routine is how one does it. For me, at first it was hard to eat healthy at all times, but with regular exercise I began to lose interest in eating unhealthily. Soda cravings = ZERO!
It is highly recommended to maintain a 70% diet and 30% exercise lifestyle! Think a beautiful, happy and serene body in perfect coordination with the mind at peace. Calm, content, and happy. My brain is being so responsive to my body, unlike a month ago, when my body was in submission. Thoughts are powerful and I know how thoughts can easily convince you how wonderful a cold glass of Coke will taste, but... now with my body in the process of toning up, it changes my way of thinking. I think WATER, WATER, WATER. ice cold water, ahh.
