every morning i can NOT wait to drink a glass of chocolate Shakeology. the best thing about drinking Shakeology in the morning is how it tastes just like a dessert. imagine how right your day will feel, now that you can start with a "dessert"!
today is my day 22 of Brazil Butt Lift's Slim & Fit program and i'm feeling so good. so good that i almost forgot what my life was like before i started BBL & drinking Shakeology. wink
i tried on two dresses that were too small for me since 2010 and....now they are loose!? i'm losing inches & lbs. i don't know how much inches I've lost, but i will find out in a week once i've completed the 4 week program. although i've tried on the dresses, i still can't believe i've lost this much in just 3 weeks.
this is the best thing a human being can do, keep on exercising and eating healthy. it does one body good, so good, and even more good!
