my inspiration:
lean & toned
i've got an athletic body, so i can easily imagine myself as lean & toned as in the photo above. today is day 12 of the 30-day Slim & Fit program, and i'm feeling this is believable. i believe i will get lean and toned. a lot of hard work, but doable!
yesterday i had another dizzy spell, and i couldn't do pretty much nothing for most of the day until late afternoon, i began to feel better. as soon as i felt 100% better, i kicked my arse into doing the Sculpt! it felt so good and made me look forward to the complete booty transformation, whenever that is! it's doable!
i can feel my abs begin to tighten, but my obliques still need a lot of work. one day at a time, and i'm doing it every day. woo hoo!
a something i want to try this summer: stand up paddling
i learned it's an amazing workout from head to toe!
thanks to Fitness & Health, here's a photo:
SUP workouts are:
Low impact with a full cardiovascular workout.
Targeting arms, abs, thighs and butts - all at once! (i love this!)
Improves balance and co-ordination perfect for improving your board skills.
Builds confidence in and out of the water!
bring it on, summer paddling!

what caused your dizzy spells? i was drinking shakeology for a month and i did not feel normally good... especially when i am around three year olds -- lifting, chasing, playing, etc-- boy, i could not rest. :( otherwise, i see your passion for the fitness. :) keep it up!
ReplyDeleteyay, you are my first comment ever! hehe :D yesterday i had inner ear balance test, so ill hear the results soon. i've had dizzy spells way before i started drinking shakeology. so it can't be shakeology. but hey during the first few days when i started working out and eating healthy foods, i did feel light headed and dizzy more often. i think its because our bodies were being purged of toxins. i was told that you may feel dizzy and light headed when drinking shakeology, but you should keep on. the side effects will go away eventually. i started shakeology two weeks ago, but i think since i already was light headed the first week of exercising, i got used to it by the time i started drinking shakeology. maybe??
ReplyDeletethanks!! am definitely keeping it up! :)
