cinnamon cheesecake galore!



it is really yummy and for those who are health foodies, be forewarned, you will feel bloated after eating a piece! i sure did, but it was so delicious.  keep in mind that this is a different kind of cheesecake, but very good nevertheless!

ingredients: 
2 cans (8oz.) Crescent Rolls
3 pkgs (3oz.) cream cheese (I tend to use one 8oz. plus a half of another 8oz. which makes it 12oz. of cream cheese. more creamy!)
1/2 cup of sugar
1 tsp of vanilla extract
3/4 stick of margarine
1 tbsp of cinnamon
3/4 cup of sugar


-put one layer of rolls after pinch seams together and press flat on the bottom of a 9x13 pan
-mix slightly melted cream cheese with 1/2 cup of sugar and 1 tsp of vanilla extract till smooth (that is where i play with food dye)
-spread over the mix on first layer of rolls
-put another layer of rolls after pinch seams together
-melt the margarine and pour it over the rolls
-mix 3/4 cup of sugar with 1 tbsp of cinnamon and sprinkle over the top, all over
-bake at the degree of 350 for 30 minutes.

i tend to let it cool down for 30 min after i take it out, then put it in the refrigerator overnight before i eat it.
