goat cheese, thumbs up. i really like the taste of goat cheese and you can bet i'm going to prettify my salads with sprinkles of goat cheese from now on.
today was a busy-busy-busy day, but i managed to make time for some bum bum and tummy tuck. i dreaded doing tummy tuck, because i knew anything that has to do with abs will hurt. and boy, was i right! i got to say i maintained with Leo throughout the whole tummy tuck workout, except for few seconds of panting & yelling literally! as for bum bum, i am so excited to be able to say i can NOTICE my endurance building up. whoa. from day 1 to day 6....endurance sure is a whole lotta stronger. i'm still gonna keep on building core strength and better endurance. go, girl! ;) i wanna have amazing physical endurance!
tomorrow i'm doing the *favorite* cardio axe and high & tight. i look forward to dancing my ungodly rolls away! and get even more in sync with the ladies who have smiles plastered on their faces throughout the workout without a hint of goodness-this-is-gonna-make-me-faint pain.
the thing i love the most about working out at home is... total comfort! i can wear skimpy tank tops without feeling like these gym-pervrats are going to peel my clothes off with their eyes! and i can wear my mismatched or knee high socks to feel silly! oh, the joys of working out at home. *mmm*
and what can beat freely killing the calories (think, no need to spend $$$ on gas for a daily 25 min one way to/fro!)
i say, work out at home, ladies! host a fun ladies' work out day at home and wear skimpy clothes for all you care. wink.
