day five: cardio axe and high & tight. i'm getting more in sync with the cardio axe dance. the first two times i was a little bit overwhelmed. now that i'm becoming more in sync, oh, what fun! i think it is becoming my favorite. i have yet tried tummy tuck and sculpt. these workouts sound so extremely rigorous, and i hope i don't pass out.
now that i'm eating healthy, i feel so clean & fresh every minute, every day. do you see the most lovely salad in the photo above? roasted chicken, sliced strawberries & apples, green leaf lettuce/arugula, and a teaspoon of olive oil & balsamic organic vinaigrette. i am so happy my tummy (including the obliques with ungodly rolls;) is prettifying with each passing minute.
a new food to try: goat cheese. it does not sound right to me, but i just bought a 0.61 lb goat's milk cheddar cheese aged 5 months from trader joe's. i will certainly let you know how it tastes.
for as long as i can remember, i've loved drinking gallons & gallons of milk. but then in the last few months, my esophagus began to tighten whenever i drank milk or ate feta cheese. per doctor's order, i've decided to stop drinking cow milk and try rice milk. it is a little bit too sweet for my taste, but perfectly sweet for when i eat kashi strawberry fields cereal.
something fun to tell!....
